Icona 5.0 is a simple icon editor that gives you retouching (utilities to draw, rotate, move, etc)and library creation (extract in EXE or DLL)tools.



It also lets you load photos (in ICO or BMP formats) to convert them into icons. You can view, edit and create your own icon libraries (in ICL format) letting you also save them as GIF images.
